Sales Representative - FoO
The Sales person will play a fundamental role in achieving our ambitious customer acquisition and revenue growth objectives. They must be comfortable sending dozens of emails and make a lot of calls per day, working with partners, generating interest, qualifying prospects and closing sales. This position involves building contact lists of target accounts, cold calling/emailing to generate conversation and qualify its potential sale. This person will have to build a trust environment with your leads, provide guidance and match their needs to our value proposition and products. Must be energetic, well-spoken, and eager to close sales and increase revenue. What you’ll be doing • Sourcing new sales opportunities through account target selection, lead follow-up and outbound cold calls and emails. • Research accounts, identify key players and generate interest. • Understanding client needs and requirements and identifying sales opportunities. • Present value proposition tied to our leads needs and pursue continuity in the process if qualified to offer our products. • Maintain and expand your database of prospects within your assigned territory. • Perform effective online demos to prospects, presenting and delivering information to potential clients. • Answering potential client questions and follow-up call questions. • Maintaining database updated (Salesforce, CRM, Excel, etc.) of prospective leads information and status. • Continuously improve through feedback.

What you’ll be doing • Lead our Delivery and professional services for one of the top tech giants in the world! • Lead Globant Delivery Managers and Project Managers' work so as to ensure the achievement of high complexity accounts goals. • Define/support along with Technology and Business the strategy to keep strengthening our more than 15 years of partnership with this customer. • Provide continuous and regular performance feedback to the delivery team, seeking for a continuous improvement performance process and aligning that with their career development. • Provide support and guidance regarding projects/services, and integrating each project/service in the accounts´s goals. • Plan, monitor and control Delivery´s activities accordingly to accounts needs and team´s capacity. • Elaborate and provide accounts´ status reports according to client´s and company´s needs. • Ensure that projects are organized and executed consistently and that the standards set by Globant are met. • Integrate and consolidate top accounts´ financial information with the updates provided by their delivery team. • Shows control and knowledge over projects financial status and uses it for decision-making activities, targeting on maximizing project´s margin and revenue. • Have frequent interaction with appropriate stakeholders (Steering meetings) and provide visibility and accurate information that impacts client´s business. • Negotiate business plans with client's stakeholders or budget owners. • Look for opportunities to improve project performance. • Seek, detect business growth opportunities into the accounts and act upon, with others areas or stakeholders.
