We are working on a new business model and still working out process kinks. The team has been very helpful in working through these process gaps and "keep the ball rolling" while working on extremely aggressive deadlines. Everyone has done an amazing job and I've thoroughly enjoyed working with each and every team member on the AppUp project."

DreamWorks Animation
Rig Re-engineering
This project belongs to the Research and Development department of Dreamworks Animation's studio. We are creating the next generation tools that will be used by animators to make animated movies. For those who have some knowledge about animation, the tool we are creating is similar to Maya, 3D Studio, Blender, Modo, etc, though with several specific designed features for DreamWorks.

Planning Tools
Planning Tools are a collection of different things which can help JWT's planners gain greater insight into a client problem. There are currently 15 Planning Tools divided into three categories (Discover, Collision, Tools), but this number will grow in the future. The site allows users to rate, share and comment on a tool, and also contribute with real life examples and links.
Edgar Espina (Software Architect), Santiago Borrazas (Web Developer), Luis Silvetti (Java Developer), Jaime Less (Web Designer, Elisa Abedrapo (QC), and Lara Minhondo (BA)
Doric Bossom (JWT Worldwide Account Director) commented:
"The review with Planning Tools team was a great. Today, we have arrived to a point where the system looks good and works well, and is simply waiting for more new tools to arrive. Thank you ALL very much indeed for the effort over the last 3 months, to create something that deserves to be seen and used by the entire JWT network. This was a job well done"

About Elisa Abedrapo, Bossom commented too:
"JWT's collection of Globant-developed applications continues to expand. Each tool is different and increasingly complex, requiring a high level of testing during development. Within the current Globant QA team, Elisa leads by example. She is unfailingly conscientious and careful. Her test reports are inevitably masterpieces of thoroughness and accuracy and mistakes are rare. We know that we can trust Elisa to find any gremlins that may exist and document them carefully, across the full range of browsers that JWT supports. Other QAs would do well to follow the quality of analysis that Elisa gives to every project – she is truly excellent."

Operations and Performance Testing
The Operations and Performance Testing team (OPT) received the 2nd Place innovation award for the work on the Availability Servers and Environment Grades.

A bit about the project from Geoff Kramer (OWW QA Manager) eyes:
"The transition to jmeter was nearing completion when I joined the Operations and Performance Testing team and we were looking for a way to enhance the transparency of the tests and the results now that we were off load runner and had the capability to share results publicly. The team had already laid the ground work to make the tests highly scalable both for number of users and number of POS and environments. These results had a large impact in reducing the time Q spent only to determine the environment was down and gave RM/RE a proactive way to monitor the environment, as well as an insight into production impacts. The visibility of this project was so large, availability has become one of this years technology goals."
Franco Sabadini, Christian Olza, Ramiro Trachsel (Quality Engineers) and José Antollini (TL)
Please join Geoff Kramer in congratulating the individuals that made this possible:
"Pepe" Jose Antollini – the "fearless leader", lead the transition to jmeter from within Globant and worked to organize the framework that allowed for scaling the requests across all brands and environments.
Franco Sabadini – the "perfectionist", reconfigured the underlying property files and execution scripts more times than I can count (without taking my shoes off).
Christian Olza – the "work horse", handled script creation, tweaking and maintenance. When "one more thing" needed to be added to 200 scripts he was there.
Ramiro Trachsel – the "intern", joined as a software engineer in test as this initiative was in progress he picked up quickly and assisted in making script and maintainability improvements."
