In 2011, Eric Ries popularized the term MVP (minimum viable product) to describe
the “version of the product that enables a full turn of the Build-Measure-Learn loop
with a minimum amount of effort and the least amount of development time”.

Since then, product managers have reinterpreted MVP so often that the term’s meaning is
no longer consistent—nor is it true to Ries’ original definition.

Join Senior Product Manager Tricia Cervenan for the fourth webinar in our
product management series as she explores what an MVP really is and proposes
a new understanding of the term that captures the nuance of Ries’ idea.

This webinar will

1.
Teach you what
an MVP is

2.
Discuss a new understanding of the term

3.
Describe how to use MVPs to validate your users’ problems
